Loft Business. I want to introduce you to the smartest person I know. Although Wilda White has lived at the lofts almost as long as I have, I really didn't get to know her until she emerged as a leader in our local neighborhood association. Practically single handedly she has seen to it that neighbors have a voice in the development of their neighborhood. How did she do it? Confidence and competence. She does her homework. She accepts and encourages input. She's direct. She disarms you with her ready smile and then blows you away with her intellect. She is an attorney and a graduate of Harvard Business School. I am so happy that development has allowed me to get to know Wilda.
